Even Georgia was so impressed with them she decided to eat some herself. I didn’t think dogs ate blackberries! That’s a new one on me.
All you need are a few slices of bread, any kind of bread.

Spread cream cheese mixture on bread. Top with fresh blackberries and serve.
Gingered cream cheese filling
- 5 tablespoons confectioners’ sugar
- 6 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 3 tablespoons chopped crystallized ginger
in medium bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, crystallized ginger, and remaining 3 tablespoons sugar until blended.
